This position will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated production equipment to maximize uptime, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain robotics, automation, PLCs, conveyors, sensors, and automated production cells . Support injection molding presses and automated material-handling systems. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automation equipment. Program and troubleshoot industrial robots , including FANUC and/or similar platforms. Assist with new equipment installations, startups, commissioning, and process improvements. Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to resolve equipment and process issues. Maintain documentation and follow safety, quality, and maintenance procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, robotics, or manufacturing maintenance . Automotive or plastic injection molding experience strongly preferred . Experience troubleshooting PLCs, sensors, servos, VFDs, robots, and automated systems . Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience with FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, or similar robotic systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. #hc262373
