They assist and coordinate gage R&R studies and tracking and certifying all gages used within the plant by working closely with all customer stakeholders related to quality and gaging. The Gage Engineer also maintains a positive relationship with gage related vendors and service providers. This person will also coordinate gage certification and approval and ensure plant personnel are trained on gaging techniques and measurements
