Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electronics Technician to join our team and contribute to the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex electronic systems. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure optimal operation of electronic equipment across various applications. Responsibilities Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify electrical faults and system malfunctions. Perform electrical diagnostics on AC/DC electrical systems, ensuring accurate troubleshooting of low voltage circuits and electronic components. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting guides to accurately diagnose issues and plan repairs. Conduct field service visits to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment at various customer sites or facility locations. Repair and replace faulty electrical components using hand tools, soldering techniques, and electrical soldering methods to restore equipment functionality. Test electronic systems using specialized equipment to verify proper operation after repairs or maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to maintain detailed documentation of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance activities for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or electronics technician working with electronic systems in diverse environments. Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting techniques for complex electronic equipment and systems. Hands-on experience with computer hardware, computer networking fundamentals, and electronic testing tools such as oscilloscopes and voltmeters. Skilled in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for accurate diagnostics and repairs. Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance on low voltage electrical systems as well as repair electronic equipment efficiently. Familiarity with soldering techniques for circuit board repairs and component replacements. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients or team members. Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
