What You'll Do Diagnose and repair industrial electronic equipment to component level Troubleshoot electrical and electronic failures using schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic tools Perform testing, calibration, and quality verification of repaired equipment Document repair findings and completed work Collaborate with experienced technicians and engineers to solve complex technical challenges Continuously develop your knowledge of industrial automation and control systems Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For Passion for electronics, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to learn new technologies and repair techniques Comfortable using hand tools and electronic test equipment High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Education in electronics, electrical technology, mechatronics, robotics, or a related field Experience repairing electronics, circuit boards, industrial equipment, computers, gaming systems, audio equipment, or similar devices Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering, or circuit analysis Previous technical, manufacturing, maintenance, or repair experience Why Join Galco?
