Job Description

$2,000-$2,500/Week | 1099 Contractor | Fiber Experience Required Koscom Networks is hiring an experienced Lead Technician for residential fiber installations. This role combines hands-on installation work with quality control and technician training, with the opportunity to grow into a Supervisor position. Candidates must have previous experience performing residential FTTH fiber installations and service activations. Responsibilities Perform residential FTTH fiber installations and activations Install, troubleshoot, and repair fiber internet services Conduct quality control (QC) checks on completed installations Train and mentor technicians on installation techniques and standards Test fiber connections and verify service quality Educate customers on equipment and services Complete work orders accurately Follow and reinforce company safety and quality standards Requirements Previous experience with residential fiber/FTTH installations Experience training or mentoring technicians preferred Valid U.S. driver's license Valid Social Security Number (SSN) Conversational English Own white SUV, van, or truck with a ladder rack Rental trucks available for $150/week Ability to provide your own tools and gas Ability to pass a drug test and background check Ability to work independently in a field environment Compensation & Schedule $2,000-$2,500 per week, pay per completed job 1099 contractor position Average schedule: 5 days per week Paid weekly after the initial 3-week processing period Apply today to join Koscom Networks as a Lead Fiber Technician!
