Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Repair Service Representative to join a leading medical technology organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer and sales representative inquiries regarding product repairs, service options, and pricing. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting repair and maintenance operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customer and sales representative inquiries related to repairs, service options, and pricing. Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Perform in-house servicing and repair of company products at designated repair centers. Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures and guidelines. Conduct maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired products to ensure quality and functionality. Prepare reports and documentation related to product failure trends and serviceability issues. Collaborate with field-based technicians to gather information that supports failure analysis and repair activities. Maintain accurate service records and follow all established repair and quality procedures. Follow defined processes, work instructions, and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery. Make sound decisions in straightforward situations by selecting from established solutions and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training, specialized education, or relevant experience is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic mechanical and technical aptitude with an interest in repair and troubleshooting. Ability to follow detailed procedures, work instructions, and established processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with computer systems and repair documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous repair, service, or technical support experience is a plus but not required. #
MSP Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
