Career Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, ADAS, and hybrid technologies Perform repairs according to Ford and dealership standards Complete all work in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer requirements Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly Document diagnostics, repair procedures, and labor operations Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians when needed Maintain required tools and a safe, organized work environment What You'll Bring?
