Blueprint & Technical Drawing Interpretation (Strong ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and understand hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.) Project Ownership & Customer Communication (Ability to manage builds from start to finish, meet deadlines, communicate proactively about issues, and support customers during installation and training.) Minimum High School diploma, Associate's degree in related field plus assembly experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Knowledge of blueprint reading: hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and use of correct terminology Ability to read CAD drawings and operate CAD software Ability to walk or stand up to 100 percent of the time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time, which may include any day of the week.
