Electronic Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) Avon, MN |Full-time About the Job We're hiring a 2nd Shift Electrical Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced CNC machine shop. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, electronics, HVAC, hydraulics, and support systems to keep our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines & electronic systems Read schematics and use diagnostic tools (voltmeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) Maintain and repair HVAC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Calibrate equipment and record work using computer systems Safely work with high-voltage equipment What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 200+ hours of electronics training OR 3+ years of hands-on experience Skilled in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical systems Safety-focused and able to work independently Electrical license Pay & Schedule 2nd shift | 10-hour evening shifts Benefits 401(k) + match Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off & life insurance Tuition reimbursement Referral bonus program Retirement plan
