Job Description

Automation and Controls Maintenance Technician (Robotics/PLC) Do PLC faults intrigue you? Are you the person others call when a robot needs a quick touch-up or a hydraulic circuit won't behave? Join our B Shift crew (5:15 PM-5:15 AM, 2-2-3), where technicians from Tech I to Tech IV keep production and facilities equipment running at peak performance. Your mission Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across production lines and plant utilities Handle robot programming and touch-ups, PLC troubleshooting, welding process support, and a full range of preventive maintenance tasks — with coaching and training available to accelerate growth Leverage industrial networking (Ethernet, DeviceNet), maintain thorough equipment records and parts inventories, and deliver work that meets OSHA, NEC, and site safety standards Are you the right fit? Manufacturing maintenance background preferred Skilled at reading blueprints and schematics Experience with FANUC robots or Allen‑Bradley PLCs — or strong electrical/mechanical fundamentals and the drive to learn Comfortable in a fast-moving plant environment Forklift and lift certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain) Capabilities that set you apart PLC Troubleshooting Skills Pneumatics Experience Industrial Robot Programming Commercial Electrical Expertise Pneumatics Troubleshooting Equipment Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Equipment Installation & Wiring Equipment Repair & Maintenance Tools & technologies Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (FANUC, Allen‑Bradley) Industrial networking: Ethernet, DeviceNet If you're ready to own equipment reliability overnight and grow your expertise on a team that supports every level from Tech I to Tech IV, we'd like to meet you.
