  • Up to $200 Annually New Employee Referral Program Position Summary The Service Technician II is responsible for assisting the Service Supervisor in all aspects of the maintenance of the property and grounds as assigned.
Major responsibilities include common area and exterior building maintenance, "make ready process" for vacant units, professional and effective communication with residents, completing service requests, scheduling routine maintenance, HVAC repair, preventive maintenance and risk management. Qualifications and Skill Requirements A qualified candidate will have a minimum of one-year residential apartment maintenance experience including the following areas: HVAC, heat pump repair, appliance repair, electrical circuits, electrical controls, volt ohm test equipment, refrigeration, carpentry, dry-wall repair, painting, locks, plumbing, concrete and paving repairs, residential sewer systems, welding, soldering/brazing, piping, roof repairs, and landscaping.
Additional Requirements include:
High school diploma or
GED HVAC
refrigerant certification EPA certification Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbs, walking the property, climbing stairs and working from ladders. Must maintain valid drivers license and vehicle insurance at all times Required after hours and weekend on-call support CPO certification if pool is present Light computer skills preferred

$25.00 per hour
