Role Purpose Provides intermediate technical support for the Glassmaking Manufacturing Excellence Team, focusing on troubleshooting, equipment reliability, process improvement, safety, and quality. Partners with operations, engineering, and automation teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do Troubleshoot equipment and process issues impacting safety, quality, and performance Analyze failures using data, signals, and maintenance history to identify root causes Implement long-term solutions to recurring issues Support projects, documentation updates, and SOP improvements Train and mentor operators and technicians on troubleshooting practices Communicate technical findings and support change management Promote a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment Qualifications Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and systems troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documents Experience with diagnostic tools and data analysis Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and cross-functionally Education and Experience Associate's degree or equivalent 3+ years experience, or 7+ years relevant experience Electrical certification or ability to obtain it preferred PLC and industrial automation experience Manufacturing and process control knowledge Experience mentoring or training others Continuous improvement mindset Work Schedule Normal working hours are M
