What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, robotics (Fanuc preferred), and other production equipment.

Perform mechanical maintenance:

bearings, ball screws, belts, gearboxes, hydraulics, air/fluid lines, and heat treat ovens.

Conduct electrical maintenance:

wiring systems, control panels, sensors, PLCs, motors, heating elements, and building systems. Use computerized maintenance systems (SAP) to document work and order replacement parts. Follow safety, environmental, and quality protocols while working in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (further technical education is a plus). 2-5 years of maintenance technician experience in an industrial setting. Experience with CNC machines and robotics troubleshooting (programming not required). Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to work any shift, overtime, and flexible schedule as needed.
