Maintenance Technician / General Facilities Associate
  • 1st Shift đź“Ť Newton, NC đź’˛ $18.00

00 per hour (Based on Experience) A local furniture manufacturer is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician / General Facilities Associate to assist with the upkeep and appearance of its facility. This position is ideal for someone with handyman experience who enjoys a variety of projects and takes pride in their work.
Job Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting General repair work Basic facility maintenance and upkeep Minor carpentry, patching, and touch-up work Replacing fixtures and completing small maintenance projects Assisting with building appearance and organization Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or facilities experience preferred Experience with painting and basic repairs Ability to use common hand and power tools safely Self-motivated and dependable Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work independently
