Today, we remanufacture more than 50,000 transmissions annually and employ more than 500 team members across our locations. We're growing and looking for mechanically inclined individuals who want more than just another job. As a Transmission Rebuilder, you'll learn a specialized trade and develop the skills needed to rebuild automotive transmissions from start to finish. What You'll Do As a Transmission Rebuilder, you'll work in a structured remanufacturing facility where quality, consistency, and attention to detail matter. This is a hands-on position that is a great fit for experienced Automotive Technicians, Mechanics, Maintenance Technicians, Mechanical Technicians, or Production Technicians who enjoy working with tools and solving mechanical problems. Disassemble and inspect automotive transmissions Identify worn, damaged, or defective components Rebuild transmissions according to established procedures and specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Test completed transmissions to ensure they meet quality standards Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized workstation Accurately document completed work Work as part of a team focused on quality and productivity What We're Looking For You don't need previous transmission rebuilding experience to be successful. If you have strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, equipment, or mechanical systems, we can teach you the transmission side of the business.
