Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm Salary range: $49,920-$54,080 Permanent Opportunity Responsibilities Build, assemble, and test electronic components following engineering specifications and work instructions. Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly and testing activities. Troubleshoot and repair components under the direction of engineering staff. Perform testing using standard equipment and document results accurately. Analyze test results and report findings to support engineering projects. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and technical documentation. Assist with inventory management, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining materials and parts. Document testing procedures, equipment information, and specifications. Build and modify prototypes from sketches, drawings, and engineering concepts. Support additional engineering and production projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, production, technical support, or a related environment preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and work instructions. Intermediate math skills and comfort working with measurements and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for working with small components and tools. Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the organization. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to perform precise hand movements and operate small tools and equipment. Close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
