Partner closely with electrical and maintenance crews to solve complex problems. What you'll do Make safety your top priority by following all policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Diagnose and resolve control and instrumentation issues, including PLC logic troubleshooting. Perform scheduled PMs and precision calibrations on instrumentation. Document work thoroughly—logs, calibration records, updates to drawings. Install new control hardware and associated power wiring. Pull cable, build out power distribution, and install/maintain MCCs. Replace and service motors and lighting systems. Handle general electrical maintenance across the facility. Support broader maintenance activities as needed; other duties as assigned. What you bring HS diploma or equivalent preferred. 6+ years of electrical background preferred; 3+ years with instrumentation preferred. PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley; Siemens familiarity welcome). VFD setup, programming, and troubleshooting preferred. Ability to interpret P&IDs, blueprints, and electrical schematics. Knowledge of DCS platforms and plant networking fundamentals. Comfortable working on systems 480V and below. Hands-on, collaborative approach; willing to jump in with maintenance and other teams. Exposure to cross-discipline maintenance is a plus; mechanical inclination helps. Physically able to lift 50 lbs; work at elevations and in tight spaces; bend/stoop/stand for long periods. Ready to work outdoors in all weather.
