Job Description

Job Summary:
-
  • We are hiring an Electrical Technician to support manufacturing operations within a high-reliability production environment.
This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. You will work closely with engineering, production teams, and vendors to quickly resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve production issues in real time
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PM), repairs, and calibration of equipment and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using test equipment and tools
  • Monitor and track equipment uptime and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with engineering, production teams, and external vendors
  • Assist with product troubleshooting and failure analysis
  • Follow and promote safe work practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Electronics or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical instructions
  • Hands-on experience with test equipment and diagnostic tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-tech or high-reliability manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ATE, hi-pot, burn-in, temperature cycling, and environmental testing
  • Experience working with
MIL-SPEC
standards
  • Knowledge of power, analog, and digital hardware systems
  • Experience with test circuits, fixtures, and data acquisition systems #
