ADVANCE SERVICE COMPANY

is a 30 year old small business in Albuquerque, NM. We are looking for a few dependable, multi-tasking, experienced local technicians for our commercial kitchen equipment service and low voltage division.

• Minimum 1 yr experience with commercial kitchen equipment maintenance, service/repair, and low voltage applications is required
• A valid driver's license, insurable driving record is required
• We specialize in the servicing and repair of Commercial Kitchen Equipment and are an authorized service center for multiple appliance brands.

We are also New Mexico's Drive thru company installing & servicing drive thru timer systems, cameras, headsets, microphones and speakers associated with restaurant and commercial drive-thru's. We install and service commercial security & surveillance systems including cameras and monitors, intercom systems (both indoors and outdoors) and satellite music and audio systems. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Commercial Kitchen appliances and equipment and Low Voltage applications Diagnose issues with equipment and provide effective solutions. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Make repairs, work on new installations, perform maintenance, plug and play, R & R to the systems. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests. Skills Solid mechanical knowledge with experience in refrigeration systems. Previous field service experience as a service technician is preferred. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred. Ability to repair various types of Commercial Kitchen Appliances (Walk-In and Reach In coolers, Freezers, Warming Cabinets, Fryers, Grills, Toasters, etc) Electrical experience related to appliance functionality and Low Voltage applications is a definite plus. Have basic tools to be able to work on low voltage applications

Range is $25.00-$35.00 depending on experience, 40-45 hours per week, some weekends We encourage people to come to the office located at 1615 Eubank Blvd NE to fill out an application, drop off a resume and talk to the boss.
