We are renowned for our state-of-the-art treatments, our exceptional team and our five-star service. We are seeking an experienced Spa Coordinator who demonstrates a strong passion for the industry. Our beautiful spa, located on Billionaires row in the upper west side of Manhattan needs a leader who will treat our center as their own.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

As a premiere boutique Medical Spa we provide our clients with premium service which means regular client communication and outreach is a large part of the coordinators job. The right candidate will be well organized, and possess outstanding phone, text and email skills. The coordinator is responsible for following up with all new leads and scheduling appointments. Responsible for daily follow up with existing clients via phone, text and email. Responsible for administrative tasks such as organizing files, maintaining and updating release forms, and computer entry work. Light responsibilities for checking clients in and out for their services and collecting payment on packages.

STRONG SALES AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Strong sales and communication skills offer an opportunity for professional growth and financial rewards. Candidates who demonstate an apptitude for sales will have the opportunity to provide skincare consultations, client education and treatment recommendations. A generous commission is paid on the sale of all spa packages sold.

COMPENSATION

The compensation for this position is $ 23.00 to $ 26.00 per hour commensurate with experience. The Spa Coordinator also receives a generous commission on all packages and products she/he sells.
