What You'll Be Doing as Industrial Maintenance Specialist Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on factory equipment, including CNC machines Diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery, small motors, and mechanical systems Maintaining company buildings, vehicles, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) General upkeep tasks like painting, carpentry, and warehouse organization Responding to urgent maintenance and repair needs quickly and efficiently About You Be able to do the job as described Experience with auto mechanics, small engine repair, or industrial machine maintenance Strong troubleshooting skills-able to diagnose and fix problems efficiently Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Physically able to lift, bend, reach, and stand for long periods Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once How To Apply We'd love to see your resume, but we don't need it to have a conversation.
