If you're handy with an impact drill, tape measure, and know your way around vehicles, we want to meet you. About Us Fenton Mobility builds equipment that helps people safely get on and off buses and vans. We manufacture custom mobility and accessibility products for public transit systems across the country. All of our work is done in our modern Randolph, NY facility. We're a growing company, and we take pride in building quality products that make a real difference. Why You Should Apply Work in a clean, small-scale shop with big-league innovation Paid training and chances to move up as you learn more 40-45 hours a week with time-and-a-half overtime $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience Stable work with long-term growth in a booming industry Responsibilities Use hand tools and shop equipment to install van components Accurately measure and drill into vehicle frames Follow blueprints or verbal instructions to assemble custom parts Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with other technicians and team leads to meet deadlines Background Comfortable around cars, trucks, or anything mechanical Physically strong enough to lift parts and move efficiently in a shop setting Detail-oriented; you double-check before you drill Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and read basic drawings or blueprints Comfortable using hand tools and measuring parts Conscientious and take pride in doing quality work Reliable with a strong attendance record
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
