Life:
Maintains a safe work environment by following standards and procedures, aligning with legal regulations. Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement. Perform immediate and preventative maintenance for manufacturing production equipment Engages the Maintenance and Engineering team to challenge the status quo to make continuous operational improvements. Collaborate with all appropriate departments/staff in progress updates, problem analysis, and corrective action recommendations. Work with Molding, Scheduling and Production Manager on prioritizing machine repair scheduling. Work closely with robotics, vision systems, ultrasonic welding, and off set & inkjet printing to produce finished assemblies How will you get there? Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred fields of study:
Engineering Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related technical field Technical or trade school certification in a relevant discipline preferred Experience 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, or a related role required Experience with PLC systems, SCADA, and automated manufacturing equipment preferred Experience performing equipment calibration and validation Experience with preventive maintenance programs and documentation Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment documentation Knowledge of
GMP, ISO
standards, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing environments Expertise using precision measurement tools and test equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Physical Requirements / Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift to 50 lbs Ability to work in various environmental conditions Ability to work different shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed Comments for
