Automation Program Lead — Midwest (Greenfield Pharma/Biotech Program) About the Role Join a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion as Automation Area Lead, driving automation, digital systems, and computerized system readiness across a greenfield campus. What You'll Do Develop automation commissioning and qualification strategies Coordinate controls, SCADA, MES, and related systems activities Own Automation Governance, Digital Systems Integration, MES/EBR Governance, CSV Coordination, and Deployment Readiness Drive cross-functional alignment between automation and CQV teams What We're Looking For Extensive DeltaV platform experience (strongly preferred) Track record leading automation programs on greenfield pharma/biotech builds Experience with large capital projects involving automation and digital systems qualification
