Job Description

Your responsibilities: You are highly customer-focused with a proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service You successfully recommend improvements for the preventive maintenance program on an on-going basis. Comply with all applicable codes, regulations and directives related to building operations, respond to tenant service requests-must be able to prioritize these requests and respond accordingly as dispatched by the Service Center Painting of equipment and common areas Drywall repair and finishing Minor carpentry repairs Replacement of damaged ceiling tiles Roof maintenance including inspection and cleaning of drains and gutters Plumbing fixture repair and replacement Repair and maintenance of light fixtures and lamp replacement Perform on call duties Coordinate and supervise repairs provided by vendors and contractors Carry out daily equipment inspection logs Provide adjustments to HVAC System and replacement of HVAC filters Conduct periodic testing of fire and life safety systems per governing regulations and codes (Ex.-emergency generator, fire alarm, boilers, chillers) Communicate with tenants, owners, property managers, leasing agents, service providers and contractors Your skills, qualifications, and experience: Physical Requirements Physically active role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day Must be able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Skills, Education and Experience:
4+ years of commercial office building-related trade experience Working knowledge of hand and power tool operation and safety Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems Energy management system experience Valid Driver's License and State-minimum insurance coverage required Reliable transportation Effective communication skills Pleasant, cooperative attitude Team oriented Diligent and reliable Ability to work flexible hours and work well under pressure Ability to work with minimal supervision Must be available after hours to coordinate and, when necessary, respond to emergencies Efficient with computer and smart phone

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
