Duties Assist in inspecting, cleaning, light repairing, and tuning a variety of musical instruments to ensure they meet quality standards for educational use Support the organization and cataloging of instrument inventory, including storage and transportation logistics Collaborate with educators and program coordinators to understand specific instrument needs and facilitate timely delivery or setup Maintain detailed records of instrument maintenance, repairs, and usage logs for accountability and future reference Help coordinate instrument loans, returns, and distribution during educational events or classroom session, with the option to fill-in and sub for private music instruction inside our store, when applicable and necessary, in accordance with your abilities Communicate effectively with team members and educational staff to address instrument-related inquiries or issues promptly

Experience:

Previous experience working with musical instruments or in a technical support role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and inventory management Basic knowledge of common musical instruments such as strings, woodwinds, brass, or percussion is advantageous Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform simple repairs under supervision Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with educators, students, and team members Demonstrated enthusiasm for music education and supporting artistic development Join us in creating an inspiring musical environment where education meets excellence!
