$3,000 Job Summary We are seeking skilled Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technicians to support the safe and reliable operation of industrial electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience maintaining industrial equipment, and the ability to diagnose electrical and control system issues. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and instrumentation issues on production lines and ancillary equipment. Perform routine, biweekly, and metered preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability and performance. Support electrical project work, new equipment installations, startups, upgrades, and system improvements. Read and interpret electrical codes, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment issues. Complete accurate maintenance documentation and work orders. Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and software to troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems. Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and PPE requirements, including arc-flash procedures. Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives. Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and maintain safe operations. Qualifications Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical and instrumentation systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and electrical codes. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Experience performing preventive maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of industrial electrical equipment, controls, and production machinery preferred. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to safety, quality, and accuracy. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to climb, work at heights, and work in confined spaces. Ability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform precise work involving electrical components, wiring, and instrumentation. Comfortable working in an industrial environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment. Ability to wear required PPE, including arc-flash gear, gloves, and safety glasses.
