Join our dynamic maintenance team and be at the forefront of keeping our production equipment running at peak performance! We're looking for a skilled Senior Maintenance Professional who can bring their technical expertise to ensure our manufacturing operations maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.What will you do:
- Controls/Technical support for various Shift production including fabrication, metal finishing, and busway assembly, through troubleshooting and determining root causes for downtime events.
- Production barrier identification and elimination for various levels of automation including stamping presses, welders, conveyors, automated assembly, and robotics.
- Update, modify, and continuously improve existing controls systems including robotics, ladder logic programs, relay logic, electrical distribution, motor controls, operator interface, pneumatic/hydraulic distribution
- Coordinate with production and maintenance on existing machine control modifications or installations
- Create, maintain and keep current all documentation: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics; panel layouts; PLC, operator display, operator interface, and robot programs.
- Implement and maintain data collection system for shop floor production equipment
- Coordinate with OEMs and other external technical resources to resolve high level technical barriers of process equipment
- Support implementation of new industrialized machines and tools through piloting and qualification What qualifications will make you successful:
- Minimum 2 Year College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the Electrical, Controls field within Manufacturing
- Experience with Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems
- Strong PLC programming skills
- Electrical/Mechanical CAD Experience
- Motion Control Experience
- Robot programming Experience
- Machine Vision Experience
- Ability to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines
