Job Description
Electromechanical Maintenance Technician Advantage Technical $38.00

Electromechanical Technician Pay Range:
$38- 43.
Shift Differential:
Additional 10% for night shift 2Shifts Available:
Days:
Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (8hour shifts)OR Nights:
Rotating schedule- 36 hours one week, 40 hours the next (12hour shifts) About the Role This position supports a manufacturing facility by performing advanced PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair, along with broad electrical and mechanical maintenance responsibilities.
- Write advanced AllenBradley PLC logic programs. PLC Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair PLC circuits and related control systems. Control System Design
- Design and assemble control circuits and control cabinets with user interfaces. Automation Improvements
- Analyze existing machinery for potential PLC automation upgrades. Motor Drives
- Troubleshoot, program, and specify motor drives. Electrical Systems
- Maintain and service plant switchgear and electrical systems. Mechanical Support
- Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics, repairs, and installations. Inventory Tracking
- Maintain logs for barrel and screw inventory, changes, history, and throughput. Safety & Judgment
- Recognize when tasks exceed current skill level and escalate appropriately.
Ability to lift:
10 lbs regularly 25 lbs frequently 50 lbs occasionally Required vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and focus adjustment. Work Environment Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and electrical shock risk. Frequent exposure to humidity, fumes, airborne particles, extreme heat, and vibration. Occasional work at heights or precarious locations. Noise level is typically loud.
