You will be designing, building, fixing, and testing automation solutions. You will be using Zapier ( our preference ), Make ( formerly Integromat ), and Power Automate. This position requires expert-level automation skills. In most cases, you will be working directly with our clients and will have support from our management team. This position requires some availability during regular business hours throughout the workweek. Who You Are You are a creative problem solver (most important skill). You enjoy solving problems and streamlining processes. You don't have "t hat's not possible " in your vocabulary. You have built multiple automation solutions, preferably in Zapier. You have built complex multi-step automations that rely on advanced steps (text utilities, basic to intermediate regex, basic to intermediate python/JavaScript code, etc.). You have created a sub-zap in Zapier and used it. You know how to troubleshoot complex automations. You have created automations that involve 3 or more software applications. You understand how to build dynamic automations that scale with the business. This is a contractor position, and we prefer somebody who can work during regular business hours.
