Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide comprehensive electrical and controls support in our high-speed production facility. Your primary focus will be on optimizing operational efficiency and maximizing equipment uptime by maintaining and repairing diverse automated machinery and electrical infrastructure. Additionally, you will play a key role in executing preventive maintenance schedules, implementing process upgrades, and assisting with the integration of new production systems. Primary Responsibilities Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all established safety protocols. Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on electro-mechanical systems and automated production machinery. Identify and fix malfunctions within automation systems and PLC-controlled hardware. Analyze and rectify faults in electronic and electrical circuitry. Manage and maintain control systems, variable frequency drives, and AC/DC motor configurations. Utilize technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics to guide repair work. Contribute to process enhancements and equipment upgrades to drive continuous improvement. Execute predictive and preventive maintenance tasks on facility systems and production assets. Support the commissioning, startup, and installation of newly acquired manufacturing equipment. Document maintenance activities accurately and coordinate with engineering and production staff regarding equipment status. Qualifications Education and Experience Completion of a high school diploma or GED is mandatory. A technical certification, degree, or equivalent training in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electrical Technology is preferred. Minimum of one to three years of professional experience within a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting. Prior experience diagnosing and repairing pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and automated systems is highly desirable. Required Skills Expertise in industrial control systems and electrical infrastructure. Hands-on experience with industrial automation and PLC diagnostic tools. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics. Familiarity with automated machinery, vision systems, sensors, and robotics is advantageous. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal communication capabilities. Capacity to function effectively both independently and within a collaborative manufacturing team.
