Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial vehicles for long-distance routes Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure safe and proper operation Ensure all cargo is secured and complies with weight limits and legal regulations Follow traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure the safety of the driver, vehicle, and cargo Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts, manifests, and inspection reports are completed accurately and turned in on time Comply with all local, state, and federal requirements and Contract Facilitation expectations, policies, and procedures for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe truck by inspecting for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Perform all contract obligations as scheduled by dispatch and assist other drivers to meet customer needs Communication with dispatch of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage or any problems that may arise on the route

Other Skills Needed:

Ability to use technology (Driver Pulse, McLeod, Samsara, etc.) Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and dispatch Ability to follow instructions Proven driving experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no major moving violations Flexibility with changes or delays Trucking route:

OTR Schedule Requirements:

OTR driving 34 hour reset at home

Supplemental Pay Types:

Breakdown pay Extra stop pay

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 23 years of age No major violations or at-fault accidents in the last year Must have 2 years of recent experience (within the past 3 years) Must have a valid Class "A" license No felony convictions in the last 5 years Current medical card

Wage Range:

0.65 - 0.65 per mile
