Job Description

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a two set-up technicians for 1st and 2nd shift positions with a manufacturing company in Greenville. Someone with experience doing machine set-up and changeovers as well as production maintenance and troubleshooting will be a great fit for this role. If you are mechanically inclined and know the basics for electrical repair, this might be a great role to consider! Manufacturing experience is highly preferred. DETAILS 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday 2:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. 5 hours of OT weekly based on schedule Set up production equipment and product changeovers Adjust equipment for efficient and quality production Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime Perform preventative maintenance Perform minor mechanical repairs Replace components as needed Update work orders and maintenance records Follow all safety policies and guidelines Install or break down equipment as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic mechanical experience through a manufacturing environment required Electrical repair experience a huge plus Able to work either 1st shift hours or 2nd shift hours Able to pass background and drug screen requirements
PAY/BENEFITS
1st
Shift:
$28-$31/hour (does not take OT into account, which would average out to up to $36/hour) 2nd shift: $29.75-$35/hour (does not take OT into account, this does include shift differential) Full benefits & PTO Monday-Friday hours, no weekends #staffingl
