Full or Part Time About us We are "No Regerts" Tattoo Removal, a company with a funny name and serious results. We're a cosmetic laser tattoo removal company, operating in a modern and relaxed environment. We utilize only the most trusted technology and industry-leading methodology to effectively erase or significantly reduce the appearance of tattoos in half the time of legacy treatments. The Role We are seeking a technician to perform one, and only one, cosmetic procedure, tattoo removal. No additional pre-requisite certifications or training requirements, all necessary training is paid for by us. As a Laser Technician, you will perform tattoo‑removal treatments (in accordance with pre-established protocols), guide clients through the process, document results, and help deliver an exceptional client experience. We'll pay for your laser certification training, and you'll work in a peaceful office with no emergencies, no insurance billing, and no hospital‑style charting. The perfect candidate will have a high degree of focus, a genuine concern for customer satisfaction, an ownership mindset and be results-oriented. Duties- Check-in customers (using Mangomint software)
- Perform cosmetic tattoo removal
- Complete simple documentation (using Mangomint)
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment
- Build strong client relationships and encourage rebooking
- Maintain a helpful, collaborative, and positive attitude

- Highschool Degree Preferred, but not required
- Existing laser certification
- 2 years of previous experience as an esthetician or in healthcare Compensation Hourly pay: $18-24/hour
Bonus:
up to 15%, paid monthly Paid Time Off (PTO):- 2 weeks paid: year 1 (starts accruing day 1)
- 3 weeks paid: after 1 year
- 4 weeks paid: after 2 years
