Job Description

Step into your next chapter on 2nd shift Join Holland Sharpe as a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician and help keep high-volume manufacturing running smoothly. On a typical afternoon, you'll arrive ahead of the 3:00 pm start, review the maintenance log, and jump into diagnosing a PLC fault on an Allen-Bradley system. Later, you might replace a VFD, tune a servo drive on a conveyor, adjust pneumatic regulators, or troubleshoot a 480V, 3-phase motor feeding a palletizer. You'll collaborate closely with teammates, share insights, and keep production moving across blow molding lines, pelletizers, cappers/fillers, and trim operations. Every week, you'll see your impact—and your pay—right away.
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$30-$33 per hour (based on experience), paid weekly
Shift:
2nd shift, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm
