Full-Time Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated UTV Powersports Technician with a strong background in ATV and UTV diagnostics, maintenance, and repair . This role is ideal for a technician who can independently perform most service and repair tasks while continuing to develop advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a wide range of powersports vehicles, with the majority of work focused on side-by-sides & ATV's . Experience with leading brands such as Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, & Suzuki Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and scheduled services on ATVs and UTVs. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fuel, cooling, suspension, steering, and drivetrain systems. Conduct engine, transmission, differential, and clutch repairs. Troubleshoot drivability, performance, and electrical concerns using manufacturer diagnostic tools. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Install accessories and aftermarket equipment including: Winches Lift kits Wheels and tires Lighting systems Audio systems Roofs, windshields, and storage accessories Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality control checks. Accurately document repair findings, labor operations, and parts usage. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. QualificationsRequired 2-5 years of powersports technician experience. Strong knowledge of ATV and UTV systems and repair procedures. Ability to perform diagnostics with limited supervision. Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting and wiring repairs. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced shop environment. Preferred OEM training or certifications. Experience with Polaris, Can-Am, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, & Suzuki Products Experience with diagnostic software and scan tools. Motorcycle License with acceptable driving record Desired Skills Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Strong communication and documentation skills.
