Job Description

Hall and Sons, LLC is looking for a experienced plumbing service technician. This position would require traveling to client locations to fix leaks, clear clogs, and provide estimates while delivering strong customer service. The candidate would be required to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential or commercial piping systems, fixtures, and water heaters. This position requires being in an after hours & weekends on call rotation when needed.
Job Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair:
Find the root cause of leaks, broken pipes, and clogged drains, then fix or replace parts.
Install Systems:
Set up water heaters, toilets, sinks, faucets, and related appliances according to local building codes. Communicate with
Clients:
Explain repair options clearly, provide transparent price quotes, and offer helpful maintenance advice.
Manage Inventory:
Keep the company service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with standard parts and tools.
Complete Documentation:
Log parts used, record services performed, and process daily paperwork or digital invoices.
Requirements and Skills Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Licensing & Driving:
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Experience:
Verifiable hands-on field experience in residential or commercial service plumbing.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with hand tools, pipe cutting, soldering, and diagnostic equipment.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and clear customer communication skills
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
