  • 10:30PM Coast Personnel Services is urgently hiring skilled Debug Technicians for an immediate temp-to-hire assignment in Carrollton, TX .
This is a high-level technical role within a premier electronics manufacturing facility. If you have a background in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing faults at the component level (PCBAs), we want to speak with you today.
Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and fix issues in hardware and software using schematics, BOMs, and test procedures.
Component-Level Work:
Perform precision rework, replacement, and repair of faulty components (SMT devices, integrated circuits) on circuit boards.
Testing & Validation:
Set up and operate complex test equipment (oscilloscopes, etc.) to verify functionality and ensure products meet specifications.
Engineering Support:
Collaborate with engineers on new product development, procedure updates, and process improvements.
Documentation:
Accurately record repair details and failure data to maintain quality logs. What You'll Need to
Succeed Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of electronics, schematics, circuit diagrams, and assembly documentation (BOMs).
Diagnostic Tools:
Proficiency with electronic test and measurement equipment (multi-meters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
Problem-Solving:
Ability to define technical problems, collect data, and draw accurate conclusions.
Communication:
Clear and effective communication with engineering and manufacturing teams.
