What you'll do: Perform preventative maintenance on generators Diagnostics and repairs of mechanical and electrical systems on generators Service/repair generators, change air filters, change oil, check battery levels, check spark plugs, etc. Involved in installation hook-up of home standby generators When necessary, provide after-hour emergency troubleshooting/repairs Work independently or with a small crew What you'll bring: 2+ years working on generators in the residential or commercial setting Air/liquid cooled certificate is preferred. (Generac, Kohler, Briggs and Stratton, Cummins, etc..) Small engine repairs Basic electrical knowledge Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently Valid driver's license
