Amusements Worldwide is a leading service provider in the amusement industry, specializing in the support and maintenance of amusement machines. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Technician to join ourUNIS USA
team in the Dallas region.Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to incoming calls in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers in the Amusement Industry.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues through the use of manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Provide professional phone assistance and possess excellent communication skills.
- Utilize and support Service Ticket process by collecting data while troubleshooting with customers.
- Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
- Document accurate information such as pricing and part numbers for proper invoicing.
- Responsible for other reasonable related duties assigned.
- Travel to trade shows when required.
- Perform duties to understand new games and attractions.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of basic electronics.
- Microsoft - Office, Excel, Outlook
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work independently.
- Ability to read electrical system diagrams.
- Ability to use a multimeter and basic diagnostic equipment.
