NuSelf Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Certified Laser & Aesthetic Technician to join our growing physician-led aesthetics practice in Cedar Park. Our practice uses an advanced suite of InMode technologies , and we are looking for a technician who is comfortable working in a modern medical-aesthetics environment and wants to develop a long-term patient following. This is not an entry-level position . Candidates must have at least one year of direct, hands-on professional experience performing laser, light-based, or energy-based aesthetic treatments . Our Technology NuSelf currently offers treatments utilizing InMode platforms including: Optimas with IPL, LHR, Vasculaze, Microneedling Morpheus8 Morpheus8 Body EvolveX Experience with InMode technology is highly desirable but is not required if the candidate has substantial experience with comparable laser and energy-based platforms. What You'll Do Depending on your credentials, training, experience, and applicable scope of practice, responsibilities may include: Laser hair reduction IPL / photofacial treatments Pigmentation treatments Vascular treatments Skin rejuvenation procedures RF microneedling treatments Morpheus8 and Morpheus8 Body treatments EvolveX body-contouring and body-toning treatments Skin tightening treatments Facial and body aesthetic treatment series Patient consultation and treatment education Pre- and post-treatment assessment Clinical photography and documentation Developing treatment-series and maintenance recommendations Following established treatment protocols Post-treatment follow-up and patient retention For procedures requiring a physician or other appropriately licensed clinician, the technician may assist with patient preparation, treatment workflow, device setup, photography, post-procedure care, and follow-up as appropriate.

Required Qualifications Applicants must have:

Current Texas credentials required for the aesthetic services they perform Minimum one year of direct professional laser or energy-based treatment experience Experience independently treating patients using aesthetic devices Strong understanding of skin types, treatment parameters, contraindications, and safety Excellent patient consultation and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Meticulous attention to detail Strong documentation habits Ability to work within physician-directed clinical protocols Commitment to patient safety and excellent clinical outcomes Formal laser certification without at least one year of actual professional treatment experience does not meet the experience requirement. Preferred Experience We are particularly interested in candidates with experience involving: InMode Optimas Morpheus8 Morpheus8 Body EvolveX IPL / photofacial treatments Laser hair reduction RF microneedling Skin tightening Pigmentation and vascular treatments Body contouring Medical-grade skincare Aesthetic consultations Treatment-series and package development Experience with multiple device platforms is highly valued. Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, generally expected to fall within the range of: $22-$30 per hour Highly experienced candidates with advanced device skills, InMode experience, or a strong established aesthetic background may qualify for performance-based incentive compensation based on productivity and practice performance . Schedule This is initially a part-time position , anticipated at approximately 16-24 hours per week , with scheduling based on patient demand. Additional clinical hours may become available as the aesthetic device program and patient panel grow. Some evening or Saturday availability is desirable. Pay:

$25.10 - $30.23 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
