This role is essential in preparing vacant apartments for new residents by ensuring each unit meets company standards for quality, safety, and comfort. Responsibilities Inspection & Assessment
  • Conduct detailed inspections of vacant apartments to determine necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Evaluate appliances, fixtures, and systems for functionality and condition. Repairs & Maintenance
  • Perform general repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, flooring, and hardware as needed.
  • Ensure HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are operational and safe. Collaboration
  • Work with property management and maintenance team to prioritize and complete make-ready tasks.
  • Communicate major repair needs requiring specialized services. Documentation
  • Maintain records of repairs, replacements, and completed tasks.
  • Monitor and report inventory needs for supplies and equipment. Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance or related experience required.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
  • Proficiency with tools and equipment related to apartment maintenance. Benefits

Friday:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Seven paid holidays annually.

Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
