Test Repair Tech (ID #527141) Socorro, TX El Paso Tx 3017 $21.50/Per Hour Test Repair Tech Share Facebook Email LinkedIn Print Messenger Pinterest Threads X Job Description Branch Details Position Summary Responsible for repairing faults in finished products by following detailed instructions based on prior diagnostics and analysis completed by the test technician. This role ensures all products meet quality and performance standards before release. Key Responsibilities Perform preliminary analysis of products to identify defects, faults, or performance issues. Diagnose and repair faults found in finished products in accordance with established procedures. Document all repairs performed, including root causes, corrective actions, and parts used. Verify product functionality after repairs to ensure quality and compliance with company standards. Communicate recurring issues or complex faults to the test technician or supervisor for further evaluation. Additional Responsibilities Ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and within the required timeframes. Consistently meet daily repair productivity and quality standards. Perform precise and thorough pre-analysis to support correct fault identification. Follow all repair procedures and instructions with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain organized work processes and uphold quality control expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or technical certifications are a plus. Education level may be substituted with relevant work experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Mechatronics; 2 years preferred.
