In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports equipment, including , all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and other recreational engines. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle operates at peak performance, delivering thrilling experiences to our customers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on powersports equipment. Repair and maintain engines, including automotive engine system repair and powersports engine repair, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and assembly of new parts. Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and other mechanical devices to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles efficiently. Troubleshoot basic vehicle problems through mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics to determine root causes. Replace or repair electrical components using electrical diagnostics techniques to ensure safety and functionality. Assist customers by providing expert advice on vehicle operation, maintenance needs, and safety procedures related to powersports vehicles. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working on powersports or automotive vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, motorcycle operation, or all-terrain vehicle repair. Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools for automotive and electrical diagnostics. Experience with engine system repair, brake repair, suspension work, and heavy lifting techniques. Familiarity with assembly processes and the use of power tools for mechanical systems repair. Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting efficiently and accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Prior experience working with powersports engines or motorcycles is highly desirable.
