Key Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of powersports vehicles Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake service, and tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and fuel system issues Accurately complete repair orders and document all services performed Work closely with service advisors and customers to explain issues and repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Stay current on new models and repair techniques through training Other duties as assigned by management. Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, or personal watercraft Technical training or certifications in powersports repair preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities Valid driver's license with clean driving record Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active role High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
