Monday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PM (Overtime as required; occasional Saturdays based on production needs) Job Details This is a full-time position supporting manufacturing and repair operations focused on the repair and overhaul (MRO) of electro/hydraulic aircraft flight control actuators. We are seeking candidates with aerospace industry experience, specifically in repair and overhaul environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience and be comfortable working with specialized testing equipment and OEM to Responsibilities Test, disassemble, troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and reassemble electrical and electro/hydraulic actuators Perform repair/overhaul work using hand tools, torque wrenches, and specialized OEM equipment Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and other electronic diagnostic tools Follow component maintenance manuals, overhaul procedures, and customer engineering orders Verify compliance with manufacturer requirements and FAA regulations using inspection and testing methods Set up and operate hydraulic power sources and OEM-specific tooling Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and flow diagrams Maintain accurate documentation and follow AS9100 standards, ESD precautions, and company procedures Work collaboratively in team settings and follow supervisor instructions Support cross-training efforts and assist with additional production tasks as needed Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or GED required Aerospace industry experience required, specifically in repair/overhaul (MRO) environments Minimum 1 year of experience in aviation, automotive, hydraulic, mechanical, or electronics repair preferred Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools, torque tools, micrometers, calipers, and multimeters Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical systems Proficiency in soldering, crimping, wiring repair, and use of test equipment Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check (FAA regulated environment) Vocational/technical training in a mechanical or electrical field preferred Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license preferred Physical Demands Work primarily in a manufacturing/production environment Frequent standing, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive tasks Regular lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs Use of hand tools, test equipment, and machinery throughout the workday Moderate noise environment; PPE may be required Compensation & Benefits include: Paid vacation
