We have 12 different locations across North America in three different segments of the pulp and paper industry (Paper, Fiber and Recovery). The Sustana Fiber facility in De Pere, WI. is the leading manufacturer of recycled fiber. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has strong mechanical and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a valid Journeymen's card.
Responsibilities:
Calibrate and change out instrumentation used to monitor process and equipment Diagnose and fix electrical issues throughout our mill Understands and can work on drive systems and PLC's Can use process meters, Hart device, and Trex devices Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer manuals, and schematics Can help spec out spare parts and necessary upgrades to electrical equipment and MCC's Help with other general maintenance tasks Follow all company safety policies and quality standards Preferred Skills and Knowledge Working independently with minimal supervision Experience with distributed control systems Familiarity with industrial fire protection and sprinkler systems Diagnose and repair, when possible, HVAC systems Experience with industrial plumbing applications, including installation, maintenance, and repairs Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot boiler and steam systems
