The Laser Technician position supports the setup and then operates lasers used for precision cutting, drilling, trimming, and marking of aerospace components. This role is designed for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, basic CNC or manufacturing exposure, and a desire to learn advanced laser processes under AS9100 quality standards. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Operate and monitor laser machines used for cutting, drilling, marking, or trimming sheet metal components\nRead and follow engineering sketches, job routers, and process control sheets to ensure accurate part processing\nInspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, and visual inspection\nMonitor machine operation and escalate concerns to more experienced technicians or supervision as needed\nMaintain accurate production records and follow strict aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP)\nWork closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to solve problems and support continuous improvement\nFollow all laser safety and general manufacturing safety procedures\nMaintain machine performance through routine cleaning and preventative maintenance\nWork as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you're proud to put your name on
