Essential Job Functions:
Support installation of equipment and equipment startup at customer's sites. Troubleshoot electrical systems Troubleshoot mechanical systems. Troubleshoot PLC's, robots, HMIs, and vision system software. Redline electrical and mechanical documentation. Backup and manage machine software. Execute testing and run off parameters to verify machine operating as designed. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and employees. Up to 75% travel required. Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Proven strong aptitude with computers and learning new systems Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming Proven experience working effectively in a team environment Required excellent oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers Working knowledge of all MS Office applications Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, etc. Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems Ability to perform basic mechanical adjustments. Other duties as requested by Operations / Service Manager.
