Snapshot of the Role The Sr. Automation Technician plays a hands-on role in continuously improving existing systems and bringing new manufacturing equipment and processes to life. This role focuses on tackling equipment performance issues head-on, using technical expertise to uncover root causes rather than quick fixes. The ideal Sr. Automation Technician is self- motivated, thrives on troubleshooting challenges, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position can either be 1st shift or 2 nd shift. What You'll be
